Universidad Popular Autonoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP) has been a key partner of Oklahoma State University in Mexico since 1992. In 2005, UPAEP opened a US liason office hosted by OSU, and our partership expanded in 2023 when OSU opened its first international office on the UPAEP campus in Puebla!
