Oklahoma State University (OSU) is committed to complying with all U.S. export control laws and regulations, including keeping record of international visitors on short-term tourist visas (B-visas) to the university. Prior to the arrival of a short-term international visitor or delegation on the OSU campus, please submit the following form. If you are hosting visiting scholars or international students who hold an F-visa or are hosting visitors through the J-1 Exchange Visitor Program, please visit the International Students and Scholars Office (ISS) webpage. 

 

You do not need to fill out this form for a visitor with an F- or J-visa registered with ISS.
